Oil pulling has mentions in early Aruveda from India and has been used as a folk remedy for generations. will not have any toothache nor will his teeth set on edge by sour intake; his teeth can chew even the hardest eatables”—Charaka Samhita. The Charaka Samhita is believed to have arisen around

Tips on Oil Pulling
- The traditional oils for oil pulling are COLD PRESSED sesame or sunflower oil. These oils have been proven for centuries to cure disease other oils have not been used that long no matter what people say
- You have to gargle the oil for 15-20 min and DO NOT swallow. The toxic little micro critters catch in the oil you got to spit that stuff out!
- Coconut oil is becoming popular; I believe that it is probably a good oil to use but it has not been proven like the original oils proven for centuries. It still probably works
- I would say that these three oils provide the most promise! Don't waste your time if you want to try this get a good oil!
- Spit your oil in the toilet it is the easiest to flush away and keep your drains clean!
